Billing Center Admin
The Billing Center Admin will perform all tasks associated with the invoicing process. This position requires a hard-working attitude with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute Accounts Receivable and Customer Billing tasks. Understanding of the industrial services industry is required.
Essential Job Functions
* Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern.
* Adhere to and is a champion of TEAM's Core Values.
* Ensure invoices are generated accurately and effectively staff are effectively generating accurate invoices.
* Monitor transactions ready for invoicing.
* Identify errors timely and escalate all issues to appropriate personnel.
* Maintain customer records to ensure the company has the necessary documentation to invoice customers.
* Ensure information in the accounting system is current so that pricing and service offerings are correct.
Job Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required
* 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable and Customer Billing functions required
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both in writing and verbally.
* Ability to execute while under pressure in order to achieve defined goals.
* Knowledge and experience using Microsoft AX.
* Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately and completely.
* Self-motivated with a drive for collaboration and action.
Work Conditions

* Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting
* Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the core work hours of 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
