Responsible for managing the flow of documents into and out of the Fort Worth Business Centre, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages; shipping outgoing mail and packages; creating, storing, and distributing electronic files; managing offsite record storage and retrieval.
Job Responsibilities (in addition to the job description)
Incoming and outgoing mail handling - accepting incoming mail, sorting and delivering to the proper recipients; prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment; operate mailroom equipment including postage meters, letter openers, and fold and insert machines.
Document imaging - Prepare documents for scanning, operate document imaging equipment to scan documents and create electronic files, verify quality of digital images, index and store images according to organizational requirements.
Offsite record storage and retrieval - prepare, record, and ship records to offsite storage and process requests for retrieval of records from offsite storage.
Please note: Must be comfortable interacting with internal customers; position requires in-office presence, there will be no remote working options for this position; must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. and be comfortable standing for long periods of time
