Assist Golf Operations Superintendent and Assistant Golf Professionals with managing all aspects of the golf operation
Assist in the coordination and implementation of tournaments and outings
Collect all money for green fee, cart fee, pass fees, range, and merchandise, issuing receipts for all transactions
Ensures proper registration of golfers, correct
Provides and interprets golf policies, rules and regulations
Maintain general order and cleanliness in the pro shop and clubhouse areas
Remain courteous with all customers at all times
Work as a team player with co-workers in conjunction with the deli and cart staff as needed
Follows directives and completes assignments with a minimum of supervision
Answer telephone in a professional and courteous manner
Performs all work according to established procedures
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of six months experience as a cashier or sales clerk
General knowledge of the game of golf
Present a positive, professional image
Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills
Reliable attendance
