Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. The Customer Support Representative will also escalate more complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Availability to work part-time hours
