Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Rock Island apartment community in Amarillo, TX. This is a conventional property with 360 units. This position will pay up to $18.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

Skills and Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
