Position Summary:

Client is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist III to support our dynamic project management team. This role involves managing and enhancing project controls processes to ensure project success through accurate forecasting, detailed cost tracking, and schedule management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports on project cost and schedule performance.
• Track and manage detailed project costs, providing accurate forecasts and reviewing expenditures.
• ssist in project control activities, including cost variance analysis, schedule updates, and risk identification.
• Utilize SAP Work and Asset Management systems to support project cost tracking and reporting.
• Respond to data requests and provide detailed analytics to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Leverage advanced MS Excel skills to create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Support data-driven project performance insights using analytics tools (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls, cost management, or scheduling.
  • dvanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, data visualization).
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and SAP Work and Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
