Overview of the Position:
Various property preservation and repair tasks will be coordinated and executed out by the general contractor. This involves assessing the overall condition of the property, generating work scopes, collaborating with subcontractors, assuring excellent craftsmanship, managing expenditures and schedules, and keeping in frequent communication with the company and customers.

Types of Work Orders Typically Required: You are typically in responsible for coordinating and carrying out the following duties as a general contractor:
1.Protecting Real Estate: - Rekeying and changing the locks.
- Boarding up doors and windows of vacant properties.
- Installing in or repairing security equipment.
2. Trash removal and debris removal: - Arrangement of for both the exterior and interior debris cleanup.
- Assuring appropriate disposal in state according to the local laws.
3. Winterization, (if necessary) : - Draining plumbing systems to avoid freezing during winter months
4. Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance: - Upkeeping the general cleanliness of the exterior of the property, involving basic grass cutting and pruning.
5. Services for Cleaning: - Overseeing the cleaning of homes in order to get them ready for sale or use.
6. Basic Repairs: - Inspecting small plumbing repairs, such as repairing leaks.
- Conducting minor electrical repairs, such as fixture replacement.
- Managing small carpentry tasks, such as patching walls and repairing doors.
7. General upkeep of the property: - Resolving little maintenance issues regarding the state of the property.
8. Fixing and Restoring: - Watching over more extensive repair work found during inspections (e.g., structural concerns, roof repairs).

Requirements: - Experience : Minimum 2 years in hand experience as a General Contractor or similar field
