The Center Operations Director (COD) oversees daily operations, manages staff, and ensures high-quality patient care and customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, managing patient flow, supporting providers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves hands-on interaction with patients and staff to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of time facilitating patient care, leading by example, and ensuring staff meet service standards.
- Support clinical teams to achieve optimal outcomes and case closures.
- Develop a professional environment promoting teamwork, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Manage operational metrics such as TAT, NPER, Pearl C4, etc., and implement process improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee facility management.
- Coordinate scheduling and patient communication.
- Prepare materials for leadership meetings and drive quality improvements.
- Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests.
- Manage staffing levels and development, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Drive effective communication and ensure achievement of business and financial goals.
- Implement and maintain center initiatives and workflows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; some college or equivalent experience acceptable.
- At least three years of leadership or operations management experience, preferably in healthcare or customer service.
- Strong service mentality, decision-making, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion with confidential information.
