Your Role

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving processes and manage field returns efficiently.

Champion job site safety and enforce compliance with safety policies.

Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

4+ years of relevant experience in construction, project execution, or facility operations.

Strong grasp of field construction techniques, logistics, and material requirements.

Working knowledge of lead times, engineered equipment, and vendor coordination.

Skilled in managing multiple workgroups and subcontractors across disciplines.

Strong communication, organizational, and scheduling software skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Background in operations, maintenance planning, or construction budgeting.

Proven track record of project leadership with measurable outcomes.
