TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment for a position in the Amarillo TX area. Will develop and optimize machining processes, create and modify CNC programs, troubleshoot production issues, and lead capital improvement projects. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Preferred experience includes CNC programming, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and SAP; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.
