We're looking for a full-time, professional, friendly dealership receptionist to greet our customers with a smile. We need a candidate who is available to work our afternoon to closing shift, as well as available to work Saturdays. In this front desk receptionist role, you'll serve as the first point of contact with all customers and provide superb customer service. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and some experience working in an admin role, preferably at a dealership. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse clients or customers.

Responsibilities include increasing productivity by developing and implementing office protocols and assisting with clerical and administrative duties throughout the automotive dealership. You'll schedule necessary appointments, make travel arrangements, purchase office supplies, and assist with marketing our brand on the web and at on-site events. Responsibilities

•Build online marketing messaging, brochures, and email campaigns that highlight the car dealership
•Buy office supplies and other materials for the car dealership, as needed
•Embrace existing clerical duties and learn to take on new ones by participating in training opportunities
•Inform auto group employees regularly on the status of projects within the showroom and beyond
•Manage automotive dealership clerical duties, including filing paperwork creating protocols for team members that drive efficiency

Qualifications

•An associate's degree is preferred; High school diploma or GED is required
•Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a streamlined front desk receptionist experience for customers
•Proven time management skills with a history of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
•Customer service, administrative assistant, or administrative support experience within a dealership showroom or auto group setting is preferred
•Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
