Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including loading/unloading materials, inventory control, and general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, move materials within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and organization
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• 6+ months of forklift experience
• Valid forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; occasional lifting up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include varying temperatures)
• Basic math and communication skills
• Dependable, team-oriented, and punctual
