Directs and manages all HR functions for the Amarillo campus under the direction of the Senior Managing Director, including workforce relations, leave and accommodations (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, Title VII, and Title IX referrals), benefits support, and staff recruitment. Provides oversight, coaching, and guidance to HR staff to ensure consistent, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery. Oversees campus HR recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to divisional standards, expectations, and best practices. Partners with hiring managers to provide expert guidance on recruiting processes, appropriate advertising sources, and applicant communication. Ensures the HR team provides excellent customer service and proactive engagement with hiring managers.
