Position Summary
As a laborer, you will assist with the maintenance of various buildings (maintaining facilities, grounds keeping, assisting craft personnel) on commercial and / or industrial sites.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools for the installation of various systems.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and staging on the jobsite.
- Ability to work from ladders, man lifts at various heights.
- Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned.
- Assist with all facilities related maintenance upkeep.
Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications - 1 years of experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to operate grass maintenance Equipment.
- OSHA 10 hour preferred.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools including tape measures preferred.
- Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to perform routine measurements and calculations. Ability to work with fractions, percentages, and decimals.

- Initiative; self-motivated (driven), self-starter.
- Requires basic mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.
- Complies and promotes company Safety Policy
- Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed (and approved)
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Ability to pass a physical ability test
- Ability to travel, as needed, for projects

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly sits for prolonged periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand, and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Employees will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
