Work alongside, and assist the Director of Stadium Operations and Operations Manager with daily operations duties. Stadium maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep, working with subcontractors, the City of Amarillo, and vendors. Planning, set-up, and breakdown of all stadium events during the season and non baseball events. Daily management of game day staff members (Ticket Takers, Ushers, Kids Zone, Cleaning Crew, Security Staff, Parking, and emergency service vendors)Oversee Scheduling and management of our Gameday Parking. Assist other departments with various tasks, when necessary and appropriate. Manage and cultivate vendor relationships for ballpark improvement projects and day-to-day affairs. Assist in departmental problem solving, project planning, and the development and execution of departmental goals and objectives. Perform daily walkthroughs of the facility to ensure proper set-up is complete for each event. Other duties as assigned.
