Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and guests by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, medical calls, and/or coordinating with local emergency services as directed; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales areas, back-of-house corridors, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, observing for suspicious behavior, potential theft indicators, and/or unauthorized access, and promptly notify appropriate personnel per post orders; Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership
