Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns per site procedures; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and/or fire alarms, and coordinate with local responders as needed; Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, help to deter theft and/or disruptive behavior through visible presence, and support store personnel with security-related requests; Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate observations and follow-up needs to site leadership and Allied Universal management
