Food Service Supervisor

Performs routine food service supervisory work, involving oversight of daily food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with prescribed sanitation and safety rules.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises the preparation and serving of meals and snacks.
• Maintains records required by government agencies regarding sanitation and/or food subsidies.
• Ensures dining, service, and food preparation areas are properly organized and cleaned.
• Inspects food items on arrival for quantity, quality, and temperature conditions.
