Role
As a Camp Sarika Host, you are the primary point of contact for our guests staying at Camp Sarika. With personalized service and attention to detail, you will ensure guests enjoy seamless dining, activities, and in-room experiences during their stay. This position bridges Front Office, Housekeeping, Dining, and Transportation to deliver the legendary Aman standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and settle guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and familiarization of their pavilion.
• Serve as the main guest contact throughout the stay, reachable via dedicated host phone.
• Coordinate and personalize daily itineraries, dining, and in-room requests.
• Deliver in-room dining, private setups, and special amenity arrangements.
• Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure timely and discreet room servicing.
• Drive guests via golf cart or company vehicle as needed throughout Camp Sarika and property.
• Provide on-the-spot assistance across departments, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Transportation.
• Monitor and uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain a warm, discreet, and professional presence with every interaction.
• Support special events or off-property excursions as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Butler, Concierge, Guest Experience Advisor, or Front Desk Agent preferred.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Familiarity with local experiences, food & beverage service, and amenity presentation.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking, adapting to dynamic guest schedules, and solving problems calmly.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and comfort driving guests in company vehicles or golf carts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of wine and food pairings is a plus.
