MAINTENANCE POSITION

Join our team at Jan Werner Adult Day Care! We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to help maintain our facility, fleet vehicles, and grounds. This position plays an important role in keeping our center safe, functional, and welcoming for staff and participants.

Duties:

• Service brakes and perform routine maintenance on fleet vehicles, including cars and lift-equipped vans

• Provide light building maintenance, repairs, and upkeep

• Maintain grounds, including yard work and snow removal

• Perform all other duties as required to support the facility and program

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good moral and social characteristics

• Good mental and physical health

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

• Aptitude for learning new skills

• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions

• Ability to work cooperatively with others

• Pleasing manner and good personality characteristics

Other Details:

• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.

• Full-time, part-time, or temporary positions may be available
