Ross Stores - 3030 South Soncy Road - Responsibilities: Monitors entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior.; Provides visible command presence and greeting customers in a courteous manner.; Collaborates with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortage.; Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.; Observes and validates proper checkout procedures for Customers and Associates.
