Job Description
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for transmission (69kV-500kV), substation, and distribution projects
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering teams to define scope, sequencing, and critical path activities
  • Perform schedule risk analysis, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies
  • Track project progress and update schedules based on field and engineering inputs
  • Generate reports including earned value metrics, progress tracking, and forecast updates
  • Support baseline schedule development and change management processes
  • Analyze resource loading and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Participate in project meetings and provide schedule insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with client and company scheduling standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Scheduler should have:
  • 5+ years of scheduling experience within Transmission & Distribution, utilities, or heavy infrastructure
  • Strong experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
  • Proven experience supporting multi-project environments
  • Understanding of T&D construction and engineering workflows
  • Experience with critical path method (CPM) scheduling and earned value analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
