Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Greets customers and assists them with merchandise in a courteous and knowledgeable manner; Maintains a clean, organized store environment and ensures proper merchandise presentation; Performs cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, and restocking/restroom supplies; Assists customers with transactions, responds to service calls, and escalates to Store Leadership when needed; Follows MOS policies and loss prevention guidelines to protect company assets
