Sally Beauty - - Responsibilities: Provide supervision and support the direction planning of associates daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience which maximizes sales/KPIs and drives customer loyalty.; Engage, train and develop teams to achieve positive results and recruit to build a network of external candidates when required.; Ensure execution of company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement, including Omni-channel fulfillment.; Manage inventory through ordering and shipment processing and oversee payroll hours and store opening/closing procedures.; Maintain store safety and protect company assets through inventory and cash control procedures.
