MasTec - - Responsibilities: Perform maintenance/construction on electrical collection systems including underground cable faults, pad-mount transformers, switchgears, T-Bodies, Splices and Wind turbine wiring up to 34.5 kV; Diagnose and fix any problem that could cause the electrical system to be shut down unexpectedly or fail to operate properly; Troubleshoot and/or test electrical components and systems; Service underground transmission systems, substations, or fiber optic sensing and control systems; Operate manlift, forklift, and skid steer; perform line locates, splice cable, perform TTR testing and swap out pad mount transformers
