Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Why This Role Matters

As a BCBA in this outpatient pediatric setting, you play a critical role in helping children build communication, social, adaptive, and emotional regulation skills that support long-term independence. Your clinical expertise and leadership directly influence treatment quality, family engagement, and positive developmental outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decision-making

  • Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and carryover across environments

  • Partner with interdisciplinary team members including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements

  • Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Active state licensure, if applicable

  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
