Why This Role Matters
As a BCBA in this outpatient pediatric setting, you play a critical role in helping children build communication, social, adaptive, and emotional regulation skills that support long-term independence. Your clinical expertise and leadership directly influence treatment quality, family engagement, and positive developmental outcomes.
What You'll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decision-making
Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and carryover across environments
Partner with interdisciplinary team members including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active state licensure, if applicable
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and family-centered ABA services
Ability to meet compliance requirements
