In Home Sales Consultant – Deliver Expert Foundation Solutions to Homeowners

Job Overview:

• Company: Childers Brothers Inc.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $100,000+ (Commission Only) plus Performance Bonus.
• Location:Travel Required (Amarillo, TX).
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday.
• Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Foundation Repair.
• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Current Drivers license

The Opportunity: You will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners by providing honest, integrity-driven assessments of their property's structural health. This role offers the chance to leverage our proven 50-year training system to achieve high-earning potential without needing prior sales experience.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate foundation issues and present lasting structural solutions.
• Execute the company's specialized sales system to ensure consistent results and customer satisfaction.
• Build authentic relationships with clients through a personable approach rooted in honesty and integrity.
• Generate compelling project proposals that clearly communicate the value of our specialized services.
• Complete all necessary sales contracts and project documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Inform potential clients of our products to help them protect their largest financial investments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong commitment to ethical communication and walking in integrity with every customer.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in a face-to-face setting.
• Sharp attention to detail when documenting site conditions and customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Background in construction, home improvement, or trades is highly beneficial.
• Limited to no prior sales experience is preferred as we provide comprehensive system training.
• Resilient mindset with a desire to succeed in a performance-based, commission-only environment.
