Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: Amarillo, Texas
Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital (affiliate of a national rehabilitation leader)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 × 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $88-108K

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist on our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping adults regain independence and functional ability following illness, injury, or surgery. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, working closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer therapeutic interventions to support patients' return to daily living skills and quality of life.
- Deliver direct patient care for individuals recovering from conditions such as stroke, neurological disorders, orthopedic injuries, and complex medical conditions.
- Educate and engage patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home strategies to support ongoing recovery.
- Consult and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid TX Occupational Therapist license or willingness to obtain
