Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the store, sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor customer and employee activity, report suspicious behavior, and/or document incidents according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.; Support asset protection efforts by observing high-traffic areas, assisting with access and queue management, and/or communicating with store leadership regarding security-related concerns.
