Biosero, part of the BICO group, develops innovative laboratory automation software and integrated solutions that accelerate scientific research and drug development for leading pharma and biotech organizations. As a key brand within BICO's lab automation portfolio, Biosero helps customers orchestrate complex workflows and maximize the value of automation across the lab. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects that deliver end to end lab automation solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. In this role, you will guide customers through complex transformation projects that combine hardware systems, instrument integration, and bespoke software development to automate critical laboratory workflows. You will lead the project from kickoff to customer acceptance ensuring delivery quality, strong stakeholder engagement, and a smooth implementation experience for some of the world's most innovative pharma organizations.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent) required.
3+ years of technical project management experience required.
Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or biological sciences - is a plus
This role requires candidates to be located within driving distance of the San Diego, CA, Woburn, MA, Gothenburg, SE, Freiburg, DE or Berlin, DE office to accommodate periodic in-office work.
The base salary range for this position is $101,196-126,495 for San Diego, CA, $93,118-116,398 for Woburn/Boston, MA. Benefits include 401K with company match, Flexible Vacation Policy, Health Benefits, Investment in Professional and Personal Development, and much more.
