A company is looking for a Design Engineer III - Optical.Key Responsibilities:Perform design planning, record creation, and order fulfillment of products with a focus on growth productsCollaborate with Service Activation and Field Technicians to troubleshoot issues during pre-build and customer turn-up activitiesReview and verify technical correctness of orders and provide support to resolve complex circuit provisioning problemsRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education:Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education and experienceMinimum of five years of telecommunications and/or data networking experience, with at least three years in design engineering provisioningIntermediate knowledge of data networking and telecommunications, including routing protocols and various productsExperience with Microsoft Office and project management softwareWorking knowledge of routers and data hardware
