And more! As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company's Here to Help commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and performing production processes as scheduled and ensuring quality control
• Managing the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicating clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervising their activities
• Documenting a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Managing labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicating with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
• Providing the initial scope for each project

Additional responsibilities include:

• Communicating and following all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Managing assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coaching and training restoration technicians

Position requirements include:

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• At least 1 year of experience in managing technicians
• IICRC certification is a plus
• Must be part of the on-call rotation
• Must be able to travel to storms for up to two (2) weeks at a time

Skills/physical demands/competencies include:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
