Your Role

As a Bistro Server, you'll help create a welcoming and efficient dining environment for our hotel guests. You'll:

• Set up, maintain, and restock the bistro and breakfast area throughout service.

• Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beverages.

• Greet and engage guests warmly, offering recommendations and assistance.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the dining area and serving stations.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

• Assist with inventory and supply ordering as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality or food service experience (preferred, not required).

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• TABC and Food Handler-certified
