Five Below - 3120 South Soncy Road - Responsibilities: Ensure all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and train the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.; Lead their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.; Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet/exceed brand standards; ensure equipment is in working order and staff are trained.; Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.; Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members in partnership with the store manager.
