Job Description

Provides oversight of retail operations and staff during assigned shift. Operating in a combined operation (under same roof or within close proximity) of Retail/Food, Retail/Retail (remote locations only), or Retail/Services. (See volume standards for furtherclarification).Job Qualifications :1 year of retail, food and/or services management/supervisory experience is required. The hiring supervisor may accept successful completion of one of the following training programs as a substitute for one year of experience: Retail/food: National Brand Fast Food (NBFF), Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA), Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.Retail/services: Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs. -Must complete ServSafe (5460) within 30 days of assuming position (retail/food only).

THE APPLICANT MUST BE 21 AND OLDER TO APPLY! THE APPLICANT MUST BE AVAILABLE BASED ON THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE FACILITY MONDAY-SUNDAY. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.

Job Qualifications

One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.

If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

Major Duties

Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations.
Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
