The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's growth, with a focus on owning the full P&L responsibility, leading and closing high-value commercial and industrial power brokerage transactions, and driving organic revenue growth. This role requires a proven closer with deep experience in the ERCOT power market, capable of both personal deal-making and leading, coaching, and scaling a sales organization. The Division President will be responsible for integrating a newly acquired portfolio, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the division's aggressive growth strategy is executed effectively.Applicants for the Division President role should have a background that includes significant experience in power brokerage and/or retail power markets, with a strong preference for ERCOT experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value transactions, and prior experience in leading and scaling sales teams. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to balance growth across various metrics are essential.
