Position Summary: Receives freight, supplies and equipment delivered to NWTHS. Stocks clinical departments with medical supplies and equipment and distributes supplies to all hospital departments. Delivers mail, records and supplies to off-site facilities and physician offices. Coordinates the receiving processes.
Job Duties: Receives shipments from vendors or freight lines. Stocks supply lockers. Distributes supplies and equipment to all hospital departments. Processes and maintains paperwork for receiving, inventory and Corporate purchase orders. Tracks patient-care equipment. Monitors expiration dates and stocks shelves. Communicates with hospital staff regarding shipments, supplies and equipment. Delivers to off-site facilities and physician offices. Coordinates the receiving processes.

Qualifications Education, Training, Experience and Licenses/Registrations Required: High School Diploma or GED desired. Previous hospital or supply experience preferred. Physical and Sensory Requirements: Ability to read and write in English. Ability to communicate with staff, vendors and others. Ability to cope with and remain calm under stress. Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels for prolonged periods. Ability to respond to telephones and other auditory stimulation. Ability to discriminate color. Bending and lifting (0-50 lbs), grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling (up to 100 pounds) and prolonged standing and/or sitting.
